Innova Plastic Types
Star - A premium plastic with excellent grip in all weather conditions and great durability. This plastic is opaque and seasons well. A preferred plastic for drivers among many players.
Gstar - A premium plastic that is more flexible than the Star. It offers great grip and is opaque with a unique pattern in it. The Gstar generally tends to be the least stable of the Innova premium plastics.
Starlite - The Starlite is the Star plastic with air bubbles injected into the rim to make it lighter weight. A good plastic for those who prefer light weight discs.
Echo Star - This is a reprocessed plastic made of ground remains of imperfect discs. It has good grip similar to Star, but seasons quicker then Star. It's Eco friendly as well.
Champion - A premium plastic that is stiff and rigid. The Champion is a translucent plastic and due to its rigidness, offers a great skip. The Champion plastic tends to season the slowest out of the Innova premium plastics.
Champion Blizzard - The Champion Blizzard is a lighter weight Champion plastic. The rim is injected with air bubbles to make it lighter weight.
Driver Pro - An opaque mid grade plastic that is soft and grippy. It seasons quicker than the premium plastics and is more understable out of the box.
R-Pro - A higher end baseline plastic with good durability and seasons well. It is flexible and offers great grip even in the cold and wet.
XT - A higher end baseline plastic with great grip in all weather conditions. It's a little stiff and has a nice tacky feel.
DX - The most affordable baseline plastic from Innova. It offers good grip in all conditions and seasons quickly. It offers good grip while at the same time giving you a more firm feel in the hand.
